Our Christmas with Family
This year we drove out and spent Christmas with my sister Emily and her family. We got in early early Christmas Eve morning (12:30am!!) slept a bit then went to the Harley Davidson Museum to see some sweet bikes. Jason was of course in heaven and could have spent hours and hours wandering the collection with Preston right behind him wanting to ride every motorcycle.
Christmas brought more snow to add to the 3 feet that was already piling up on the ground and so after the presents were opened we made snow angels and constructed our own toboggan run from the backyard swing set, it was a blast! Aden the daredevil loved every minute of it whereas cautious Preston wasn't so sure and cried and cried until he went down and then he says "whee!" Such a drama king. Damien had fun trying to eat the snow that stuck to his mittens.
The day after Christmas was devoted to Monkey Joe's with it's awesome slides we zipped down with the boys and jumped in the inflatable indoor playground. Super cool! We ate way too much, laughed a whole lot and all in all had a great time and want to say thanks to our gracious hosts for putting us up and showing us a good time! Thanks Tates!!

BURRR!!
So it was like -7 degrees yesterday, BURRR!!!! Actually when it gets to zero, everything below just feels the same, COLD!!! Preston is not a fan of wearing his winter clothes but has learned the hard way that they are necessary. The other day he refused to wear his gloves and so we went outside and not even 2 feet away from the side door of the apartment building he fell face first in the snow. He starts screaming bloody murder because his hands are now cold and wet from the snow, so yea, he doesn't put up much of a fight anymore when it comes to bundling up!!
